N'shei Agudah of Bergen County An educational and charitable organization that offers a summer lecture series and some classes--and shiurim--during the rest of the year. The group also holds clothing drives three or more times a year, with donations distributed to needy families in the US, Israel, and Russia. Clothing drives are scheduled for November, February and June. Nshei is always looking for volunteers to help with its programs. AMIT-Geula Chapter Amit raises funds nationally to educate and nurture Israel's underprivileged children, sponsoring youth villages, group family homes, and a network of religious technological high schools. These projects enable children to attain their goals and become self-reliant, self-respecting members of society who will be prepared to make a valuable contribution to Israeli society.
